Here’s a plain account of the personal information Pokimerch collects, what we do with it, who else sees it and the choices you can make.

What We Collect

• When you order: your name, your email, the addresses for billing and shipping, a phone number if you add one, and what you bought.
• When you pay: PayPal handles every payment. Your card information never reaches our server, and Pokimerch doesn’t store full card numbers.
• When you write to us: anything you send by email or through the contact form.
• When you browse: details gathered automatically, like your IP address, browser, device type, the pages you open and cookie data.

What We Use It For

We use your information to make, ship and support your order; to send updates about the order and its delivery; to answer your questions; to catch fraud and keep the site secure; to learn how people use the site so we can make it better; and, only if you’ve said yes, to send you marketing emails. Each marketing email includes a link to unsubscribe.

Print-on-Demand Partners & Other Services

Our print partner is the one who actually makes your order. So the partner, and the carrier after it, receive your name, shipping address and the list of items, which they need to produce and deliver the parcel. We also rely on outside companies to process payments, host the website, send email and measure traffic. They’re only allowed to use your data to do that work for us. Pokimerch does not sell your personal information.

Cookies & Tracking

Some cookies are essential, because the cart and checkout won’t work without them. Analytics and advertising cookies may also be used, so we can see how visitors find and use the site and how our ads are doing. Your browser lets you block or delete cookies; just know that checkout won’t work without the essential ones.

Keeping Your Data Safe

Information travels between your browser and this site over encrypted HTTPS. Only people who need order records for their work can open them. We keep records only as long as we need them to complete orders, deal with claims and follow tax and legal rules. After that, we delete them or strip out anything that identifies you.

Your Choices & Rights

You can ask for a copy of your personal information, ask us to fix it or delete it, and stop marketing emails whenever you like. Just write to [email protected]. If you live in a state with its own privacy law, such as California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut or Delaware, you may have additional rights: to know what we collect, to say no to targeted advertising, to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information, to appeal our answer to a request, and to use any of these rights without being treated differently. We answer verified requests within the time your state’s law allows. This site isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
