Using pokimerch.com or ordering from Pokimerch means the rules on this page apply. Please give them a read before you buy.

The Basics

Pokimerch is an online business that makes products to order, run from 500 Valley Stream Dr, Newark, DE 19702, United States. When you browse this site or buy from us, you’re accepting these terms along with our Privacy Policy. You must be 18 or over to order, or have reached the age of majority in your state or country, unless a parent or guardian is part of the purchase.

Independent shop. Pokimerch is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to any streamer, content creator, game, game publisher or entertainment company. A different, unrelated seller used the pokimerch.com domain before us; we can’t access, honor or support orders, accounts or gift cards from that earlier store.

Products & Orders

• Each product is made after checkout. Product images are digital mockups, so the print placement and colors on the item you receive may vary slightly.
• Our agreement with you begins once your order confirmation email goes out. Sometimes we have to say no to an order or cancel it: a mistake in a price or listing, a payment that looks like fraud, or an address we can’t ship to are the usual reasons. If we cancel, we refund whatever you paid in full.
• You’ll find measurements on every product page and on the Size Chart. Please look them over before you order.

Prices & Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. They can change at any time, though a change never affects an order you’ve already placed. You pay the full amount at checkout, using one of the methods offered there, and shipping charges are shown before you pay. If your order ships outside the U.S., you may owe import duties and taxes when it arrives.

Shipping & Delivery

How long making and delivery take, what shipping costs and which carriers we use are all covered in our Shipping Policy. Any delivery date we give is an estimate.

Returns & Refunds

Edits, cancellations, replacements and refunds are handled under our Cancellation & Modification Policy and our Return & Refunds Policy.

Intellectual Property

The Pokimerch name and logo, along with this website’s text, graphics, images and layout, belong to Pokimerch. Please don’t copy or reuse them without our written permission. Any third-party names or trademarks that appear on the site belong to their respective owners. If you think something here infringes your rights, the steps for telling us are on our DMCA Copyright Policy page. You can also email [email protected]. We look into every notice we get.

Using This Website

Please use this site fairly. That means no interfering with how it works, no attempts to get at data you aren’t authorized to see, no fraudulent orders and nothing unlawful.

Limitation of Liability

As far as the law allows, Pokimerch offers this website and its products “as is”. We aren’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and for any claim connected to an order, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for it. Consumer rights that can’t be waived by law still apply to you.

Governing Law & Disputes

The laws of the State of Delaware, United States apply to these terms, regardless of any conflict-of-law rules that would point to another jurisdiction. If something goes wrong, please come to us first; most problems get sorted out over email. Any dispute we can’t settle that way goes to the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, except where your local law gives you the right to a different court.

We might revise these terms now and then. Each order follows whichever version, with its effective date, was on this page when that order was placed.
