About Pokimerch

Pokimerch is an online shop run from Newark, Delaware. We sell graphic T-shirts and hoodies, plus jerseys, jackets, Hawaiian shirts, hats and mugs, and nothing gets printed until somebody orders it.

How We Got Started

We opened our virtual doors in 2026 with a pretty simple plan. Keep the lineup to a handful of garment types. Explain each one in plain words. Make a piece only when a real order comes in. The designs cover sports, music, holidays, hobbies and everyday jokes, and we keep adding new ones.

What Matters to Us

We want you to know exactly what you’re getting before you pay, and we want that to stay true after the parcel arrives. So every product page names the garment style and its fabric. Every size chart belongs to one style instead of the whole catalog. Our timelines are counted in business days. And all questions land in one inbox, so nothing gets bounced around.

Everything sits in one of three sections:

• Clothing: T-Shirts, Hoodies & Sweatshirts, Jerseys, Jackets and Hawaiian Shirts
• Accessories: Hats: snapbacks, knit beanies, structured caps and dad hats
• Home & Lifestyle: Mugs & Tumblers

Lots of tee designs come in several cuts, such as youth, ladies’, fitted, classic unisex, tank and long sleeve. Our size chart page lists every cut separately, so you’re never guessing from a different shirt.

• Our photos are mockups. The images you see are digital renderings of a design on a garment, not photos of a finished piece. On the real thing, the print can sit slightly higher or lower, and colors can look a little different than they do on your screen.
• Read the tag before you buy. Fabric content and washing instructions are written on every product page.

What Happens After You Order

We don’t print anything ahead of time. Once you check out, your order goes to our print partner. They print it, pack it and hand it to the carrier along with a tracking number. Making your order takes 2–4 business days (4–6 business days for hats, jerseys, jackets and Hawaiian shirts). Delivery to a U.S. address adds 4–8 business days. Changed your mind? You have 6 hours to edit or cancel, as long as printing hasn’t started. And if something shows up damaged, defective, misprinted or just plain wrong, we’ll replace it or refund you, as laid out in our Return & Refunds Policy.

An Independent Shop

Pokimerch is an independent online shop. We’re not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to any streamer, content creator, game, game publisher or entertainment company.

We acquired the pokimerch.com domain in 2026. Before that, a different and unrelated seller used it. We have no access to that earlier store, so we can’t look up or help with its orders, accounts or gift cards. If you bought something there, please reach out to the seller you bought from.
