Clothing: what to know before you order
This is where all of our wearables live: T-shirts, pullover hoodies, crewneck sweatshirts, jerseys, jackets and Hawaiian shirts. None of it is sitting in a warehouse waiting for you. Your piece goes to our print partner once you check out, so whatever you order is made for you.
How long it takes depends on what you pick. Tees, hoodies and sweatshirts need 2–4 business days to make. Jerseys, jackets and Hawaiian shirts carry a print that wraps around the whole garment, so they need 4–6 business days. From there, carriers take 4–8 business days to reach a U.S. address. If you check out after 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern Time, your order starts the next business day. Every product has a Shipping Time tab with the full estimate for that item.
Sizes don’t carry over from one garment type to the next. A medium hoodie has more room in it than a medium tee, and a jacket is cut differently again. Before you choose, pull up the chart for that garment on our size chart page and hold it up against something you already wear. Each product page also tells you the fabric and how to wash it.
If anything shows up damaged, misprinted or different from what you ordered, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a replacement or a refund. Our Return & Refunds Policy walks you through it.
