Mugs & Tumblers: what to know before you order
Two kinds of drinkware live here. Mugs are made for hot drinks at home or at your desk. Tumblers are for carrying something hot or cold while you’re out and about. Each product page lists how much it holds, what it’s made of and whether a lid comes with it.
Mugs and tumblers are printed after you order. Making one takes 2–4 business days, and delivery to a U.S. address adds 4–8 business days. If it’s a gift for a certain day, hold the Shipping Time tab up against that date before you order.
Not every piece handles the dishwasher or the microwave the same way, so read the care note on the listing before you use it for the first time. Washing by hand helps a printed surface last longer, and tumblers should never go in the microwave.
Every order is packed for the trip, but accidents happen. Found a chip, a crack or a break when you opened the box? Photograph the piece with its packaging and email us within 30 days of delivery. You can pick a replacement or a refund; the Return & Refunds Policy lays out the steps.
