Hats: what to know before you order
There are four hat styles to choose from. Structured baseball caps have a firm front that holds its shape. Snapbacks pair a flat brim with a snap closure you can adjust. Dad hats are soft and unstructured, with a curved brim. Knit beanies are for cold days. The product page spells out the decoration method and the closure for each hat.
Every hat is made to order. Plan on 4–6 business days for us to make it and 4–8 business days more for the carrier to bring it to a U.S. address. The estimate also appears in the Shipping Time tab before paying.
Sizing is simple for most styles. Our caps usually fit one size, with a snap, a strap or a buckle at the back to adjust them. Beanies are knit with plenty of stretch for most grown-up heads. If you see fitted sizes offered, the measurements are right there on that product page.
Care: spot clean with a damp cloth and let the hat air dry. Keep it out of the washing machine and the dryer. To help a cap keep its shape, store it with something filling the crown, like a rolled-up towel.
Wrong design on your hat, or did it arrive crushed or damaged? Let us know within 30 days after delivery and include a photo plus the order number. You’ll get a replacement or a refund, as our Return & Refunds Policy describes.
