How you can pay at Pokimerch, when your card or account is charged and how the charge looks on your statement.

Ways to Pay

• PayPal: pay with your PayPal balance, or with a bank account or card you’ve linked to PayPal.
• Debit or credit card through PayPal guest checkout: you don’t need a PayPal account. Choose PayPal at checkout, then pick the option to pay with a card. Wherever PayPal offers guest checkout, this works with the card brands PayPal accepts in your country, such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
• PayPal Pay Later: this option only appears at checkout when PayPal offers it for your purchase and where you live.

Every price and every charge is in U.S. dollars (USD). We can’t take checks, money orders, cash on delivery, bank wire transfers, cryptocurrency or gift cards issued by other sellers. Whatever shows up at checkout is what’s available for your order.

Is It Safe to Pay Here?

All payments are handled by PayPal, which is PCI DSS compliant, over encrypted HTTPS connections. You type your card or bank details into PayPal’s checkout window, not into our site, so that information never reaches our server. Pokimerch never sees it and never keeps it.

When You’re Charged

We charge the full amount the moment you place your order, because making it begins soon after checkout. Cancel within 6 hours, before printing starts, and you’ll get all of it back. The rules are in our Cancellation & Modification Policy.

If Your Payment Doesn’t Go Through

Most declines come down to one of these: the billing address doesn’t match the card, the account is short on funds, the card is past its expiry date, or the bank or PayPal flagged the payment as unusual. Double-check your details, check in with whoever issued the card or with PayPal, and try again. Still not working? Email us and we’ll help.

Sales Tax & Customs Duties

Pokimerch doesn’t collect sales tax right now. If that ever changes, tax will show as its own line at checkout before you pay. For parcels going outside the U.S., duties and import taxes are paid by the recipient; our Shipping Policy explains more.

Refunds Go Back the Way You Paid

Approved refunds are sent back to the same card or PayPal account within 5–10 business days. Allow a few more days for the credit to appear on your statement. Our Return & Refunds Policy explains when refunds apply.

What You’ll See on Your Statement

On your card or bank statement, a payment to us shows up as PAYPAL *POKIMERCH. Don’t recognize a charge? Before you call your bank, email us the date and the amount. We’ll find the order and get back to you within 24 hours on business days.
