See where your order is, from the day it’s made to the day it reaches your door.

Finding Your Order Number

You’ll find your order number in the confirmation email we send right after checkout (its subject line starts with “Your Pokimerch order”). If you set up an account, it’s also listed in My Account › Orders. When you fill in the form below, use the email address you checked out with.

Check on Your Order

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

What Your Order Status Means

Status What it means
Pending payment We have your order, but the payment hasn’t gone through yet.
Processing Your payment is in. We’re making and packing your item, which takes 2–4 business days (4–6 business days for hats, jerseys, jackets and Hawaiian shirts).
On hold We need to double-check something, like the address or the payment. Look out for an email from us.
Shipped / Completed It’s left production and is with the carrier. Look for the tracking number in your shipping confirmation.
Cancelled Called off before production. If you’d already paid, that money has been returned.
Refunded We’ve sent a refund back to the payment method you used.

How Long Things Take

Making your order: 2–4 business days (4–6 business days for hats, jerseys, jackets and Hawaiian shirts). Carrier time: 4–8 business days inside the U.S., or 12–22 business days for addresses abroad. The full breakdown lives in our Shipping Policy.

Tracking Number Not Showing Anything?

A brand-new tracking number usually shows its first update 24–48 hours after the label is made. If 72 hours pass and it’s still blank, send your order number to [email protected] and we’ll check on it.

Lost or Damaged Parcel?

Tracking hasn’t budged for 7 days? It says delivered but nothing’s there? Your item showed up damaged? Let us know no later than 30 days after delivery (or after the final day of your delivery estimate). We’ll open a case with the carrier. When the loss or damage is confirmed, you get to pick a replacement or a full refund. Our Return & Refunds Policy has the full rules.
