- Change of plans: email us within 6 hours of checkout and we can edit or cancel the order at no cost, as long as it has not been printed yet.
- What we fix: printing faults, items damaged on the way, a wrong item, or a parcel that never shows up. Let us know within 30 days of delivery (for a lost parcel, from the final day of its delivery estimate) and pick a free replacement or your money back.
- How to tell us: email [email protected] with the order number and a photo of the problem. You will hear back within 24 hours on business days, with a decision inside 2–3 business days.
- Refunds: go back to the card or account you paid with and usually land within 5–10 business days.
- What we cannot take back: each piece is made for one person, so we do not accept returns for a change of heart, a size chosen without checking the chart, or items that have been worn or washed.
